Hi All

I've not felt hungry at all this week(touch wood), been eating enough at mealtimes to fill my exceptionally large appetite, Lean Meats, Fish with lots and lots of Super Speed Veg, having a couple of the oat pancakes as well stops that carb craving for bread ...... The super speed soup that I made was very nice but I added just s little chaat masala for my taste buds, I actually made it in my soup kettle, and had to tweak the amount's considerably cos there would have been enough there to feed a small army!! ...... Managed to keep off the scales for a couple of days, it's quite weird really when I'm not on a diet I never bother with them but as soon as I start I can't leave them alone ...... BFN MM x
