WEll I think I have pulled myself out of my pot hole... I decided to go golfing....lots of walking and fresh air....and plenty of waterto drink...I love golf,,,so today was better for me... The craving just drive me insane some days,,,

Very true. Your cravings won't go away, but they will slow way down. Good luck...all that weight loss will be worth it!
