Well I am not surprised that I had a gain this week. I had a very busy weekend and I wasn't able to stick to my normal routine. I had a great weekend and I had losts of fun with my family. I am feeling pretty bloated and I am wishing now that I had taken it easy on the 4th. Oh well at least I know for next year. I plan on getting right back to it and going to the gym after I sleep and when I am on my way to work later. I know that I will have a great week and that I will loose the 2 lbs that I gained.
