I actually gained a little (1 pound) this week, but that included a rather significant Easter splurge. It included not just chocolates, ice cream and leg of lamb, but wine. I have never been able to lose weight if I drink alcohol, and I tend to gain if I make it a regular habit. I lose my exercise ethic and make poorer food choices, even eat larger portions. It's okay to loosen up for a holiday, but now it's back to the straight and narrow!
