Yesterday I managed to run a 12K portion of the OKC Memorial Marathon on my University's relay team in just under 2 hrs. Okay, I did the run/walk thing, but I did complete it in the time I estimated. That makes me feel so good! Of course, today I'm a little sore in the hips & hammies, but the lower back feels fine! Also unfortunately, my weight is up again. Figures. Well, this week will be challenging, because I'm out 3 nights this week, which means eating out & no time for exercise, so I must be really careful with my food choices! Then the diet begins in earnest, and back to the gym for me!
