It's been a busy week, but I've managed to still stick pretty close to South Beach. Only variation is that I think I have fallen way short on veggies the last few days, everything else is okay though. I still weight in every day, and continue to lose weight. Hopeful that I may be into the 220's by my weigh in on Monday (the one I record).
The garbanzo bean/buttermilk waffles continue to be my breakfast of choice, with occasional eggs/omelettes instead. I'm in phase 2, but still having only one serving of grains per day, and usually save that for lunch, so haven't gone back to cereals yet.
I notice something different this time around with my dieting....I'm not hungry. I may go through an early afternoon patch where I feel hungry, but for the most part I'm fine. The last few nights I didn't really care if I ate dinner or not...I made myself eat, just because I knew I should. All in all, I think I'm doing pretty well so far. I've been back on sbd for almost three weeks, down over 7 lbs so far.
