Happy Birthday to me! I am very proud of myself for getting back on track. Yesterday was 100% perfect and I didn't even have horrible cravings. Of course I am not in ketosis but I expected that. I really enjoyed my break and I think I needed it. I am so glad that I am learning some self control. Today is a going away lunch for one of the girls at work. Unfortunately the only restaurant in town only serves corn & potatoes any way you want them. Last time I just had pork chops. I wish they served breakfast during lunch. I overslept this morning. I was up till midnight finishing my biology labs. They were due at 11:55 and I finished around 11:20. I think I am going to have a C in biology & an A in economics. So Summer I is over and now it's time for Summer II and I am taking the 2nd part of Biology & Economics. Groan.... at least the economics is easy. Oh yesterday 243.0 today 242.8 but I'm not recording that tiny amount. TOM is here so I may not lose this week but I'm hoping anyways.
