My sinus cold has migrated to my chest. Yuck!! I never get chest colds, so this is really dragging me down. Oh well, could be worse. I am feeling a little better today, no workout yet, but I'm taking it day by day. If I'm feeling better tomorrow I'm going to at least get a short workout done in the a.m. My daughter and I need to start up our Yoga again, but I've been so run down and tired after work that we haven't done it. I'm going to try to find a Zumba DVD that we can do too, I think she'd have fun with that. I'm hoping within the next week to be exercising again.
My hubby and I are on the same train of thought right now, so I'm taking advantage of it. We both agreed that we need to incorporate more veggies and fruit in our dinners, so more fruits and veggies and less junk at dinner. We did this last year too, and got derailed trying to make quick and easy meals, so I'm going to try to keep on track this year. My son will be starting up sports again at the end of the month, so I may need to have some things pre-made or cut up so we don't have an excuse not to eat healthy.
My biggest goal for the year is for my whole family to eat healthier, so I guess I'd better get started!
