Bitterly dissapointed today i did not make it to my goal of 170lbs (77kg) instead i gained 2lbs and now stand at 174.4 not sure i can bring myself to weigh in though. its so annoying because i worked sooo hard and tried soo hard this week and now i have to go and weigh in with my trainer and know i didnt reach my goal :(


grrr so grrr i ate right and i tried and i worked out like a bitch and this is what i get jniwebgihbvefpaiush

also my arms legs and abs are aching like a mother

Selina, if you have eaten right and worked out hard then the scales will be on your side eventually. Some times your body just doesn't give you what you expect when you expect it. Remember too that muscle is heavier than fat!

hey chrissy yeah i calmed down a lot after this journal lol and even though i weighed in even heavier at the gym my body fat is down so that is a plus im just going to keep working on it :)

Well if it's any comfort to you 7 & 4 are my two favorite numbers >.> ok ok, I already know that's no comfort, lol... don't let those 2 pounds get you down babe... you're totally gonna kick their ass back to where ever it is they came from... screw them, ya know... like, I'll hold, you punch... On a more serious note, it's pretty clear you're putting in some real effort and so those 2 pounds and more will be gone before you know it... just don't give up... I absolutely know you can do this... and I mean I'm straight but I think you're hot no matter what the scale says ;)... by the way I super miss you too... I really really want to reply to your one E-mail but I have a super long reply for it so I haven't had a chance... but I promise you'll be getting a reply uber super soon :) like over the weekend kind of soon! Working extra hard pays off a few weeks down the road, I've found, but not immediately. When I work extra hard, I always see a temporary gain. And then a big loss later :) If you're doing all the right things, trust yourself. You are NOT gaining fat. Probably just water retention. Nothing to see here, move on :)

hey kate thanks for your message i think your right my trainer checked my hip fat fold today and it had gone down from 41mm to 37mm so thats pretty damn good :)
