Well, still not on track. I keep telling myself I'm going to start exercising, but haven't done it. Last night I was kind of excited because I hadn't been coughing and was feeling a little better, but then after I ate dinner I had the worst stomach cramps and was in pain until about midnight, then woke up this morning with some stomach churning. So, needless to say no workout again. I'm shooting for this weekend to get myself back into a routine and get moving again. I feel like I've been making so many excuses, and I know I have, now it's time to get started again. I've been watching the Biggest Loser, so maybe I need to do some Jillian DVD's to ease back into this, she'll kick my butt for sure. :) Hopefully, my journals next week will be about how sore I am from my workouts, instead of whining about being sick. Either that, or this plague that has taken hold of me will finally make me keel over.
