I have been eating taco salad a lot! I can add almost anything, but I dont add dairy as I am restricted right now. i usually keep it really simple, no extra dressing, sauce etc. I do not add any chips either. breakfast today: a lovely little salad of organic spinach and taco seasoned ground beef to which I added fresh corn cut off the cob, some tomato, pepper, onions mix from the grocery, and taco season. I've a lovely little pear to complete my meal.
