Not getting a lot accomplished as this weather is depressing me. I just want to cry for those affected: watching the news. Waiting for the noon news weather update as it appears the severe forecast for us has increased dramatically for us tonight. I need to turn it off. I do not like storms after dark as you cannot see what is coming at you. Just want to be prepared.
I did brave the drive to the Mexican grocery--road is closed due to flooding, looks like possibly a sink hole or the road washed out on one side. Bought more than I planned: interesting the difference going in the am as much is depleted when I stop in after work.
I think I'm going to keep the laundry going, clean out the kitchen frig., make some green salsa and work on one of my vintage sewing machines.
