PSA: Jake's Famous Foods makes the best dry rubs I've ever had. I found their chicken rub at a local store in SF one day (they're in Irvine). I bought another 4 or 5 from their site -- jakesfamousfoods.com -- and they're all great. I think there are drugs in the Santa Barbara rub.
