Yesterday: 45 minutes intense calisthenics. 30 min dog walk. Went out to eat w friends and although I only ate two tacos, I over indulged on chips. Craved a snack late but settled on two strawberries and lots of water. Weight went up 1.3 lbs but I’m hopeful that’s muscle. Gonna keep aiming for <100 RDI & see where I am next Monday.
