Starting to maybe get into this whole meal planning thing a bit, and being on my days off actually makes eating right easier - I don't have to plan out exactly everything I'm going to eat that day so that I can take what I need to work.
Made chicken corn chowder, turned out fantastic! 2 cups full for like 6 points, instead of 12 points that the Campbell's chunky has. And really, there is a whole lot more heartiness in mine!
Going to cook and freeze some rice, cooked a little bit of extra chicken to save but ran out of breasts. Would like to make some french onion soup this week too - yum! I even have low fat provolone for it!
Been doing laundry, tidying, cooking, so lots of lifting and bending, and I think I'm going to play some Dance Dance Revolution later.
