I'm glad you're feeling better & it's really awesome that you still want to workout after your operation. You're really motivating me to get moving. I don't have any excuses. None good enough anyway. I don't think your weight gain is a "real" gain either. I'm sure it will drop soon.

Yay Selina, great news that you're feeling brighter. Don't overdo yourself after the procedure. If you were under general anaesthetic you shouldn't push yourself too hard for up to a week. Cx

I'm glad you're feeling a little better... I'm sure the added weight was from you just eating... I always weigh more if I weigh myself after I eat... it's kind of obnoxious ::kicks the scale:: lol... I'm really proud of you for heading straight back to the gym to get back on track... you're such a great girl :) I hope you had a chance to make your legs less eww lol... I plan to make mine less eww tonight or maybe tomorrow... I am going to wear jeans tomorrow after all... I might as well wait till tomorrow to shave them lol... the damage is already done :P hehe
