Only go for a cheat meal once a week and not always.

You know, my second let’s say mentor told me years ago. Having a cheat meal does not mean that you can swallow 5000 calorie worth shit without any consequences. If you do it messes up you hormones, besides sugar makes you crave more sugar. And don’t forget that every time you drink more than 2 glasses of even low carb alcohol (red dry wine) you lose a week of efforts. Imagine what happens if you do it regularly :) moderation is the key.

I do. Saturday’s and Sunday’s eat all I want lol. But then results are very slow 😔😔

I have a cheat like once a month or so.....and when l do, I don’t go beyond 1500 calories My daily calories are under 500

I don’t know how you get to go with 500 per day, I mean I do only 2 meals and they are around 600-800 each on average. You’ll fuck up your metabolism, babe. Please don’t go for industrial shit to lower your calories.

Actually your totally right @velvetee because I realized my metabolism has changed a lot and that sucks:( I thought it would be faster with what I was doing but it was the other away around. will get myself back on track

In the beginning i did extremely low calories and sure it was a quick fix but it wasn't sustainable for me..no energy but i also have a job where I'm on my feet and busting my butt more than i do at the gym...so i was probably burning those minimal calories quickly. I think 1200-1500 is much safer..but that's for me..and i respect that everyone is different and has their own path.
