I do exercise/gym 1hr or 1hr & 30mins six days a week, today l really don’t feel like it at all.should I still do it or follow what I feel just for today?

U know what ...me too I fell the same 😬 if u don't like to do it it is simple don't just for today ...sometimes we are lazy and the best thing u do in this case is just to go out and walk thinking or just plan for next day ..after it take a shower 🚿 and relax some tea will be great with relaxing music 🎶 😊

We go to the gym every other day. well monday wednesday and friday. cardio and strength work out. On the days we stay home, we walk on the treadmill or eliptical for 30 minutes. This has helped my husband keep his A1C normal and his doctors happy. Usually if we don't feel like going we just go anyway. Most times we forget how bad we feel and start to feel better. Takes your mind off of how you feel I guess.

Your absolutely right. I basically just went for a 30min walk so wasn’t as bad
