I fix my shrimp by sauteing in a couple TBS Kerry Gold and a little garlic powder. Man, that's some good eating. AND KETO friendly to boot.

too much protein, in my opinion :( Excessive protein consumption on a low-carb diet can prevent you from getting into ketosis.

Nice Matreshka, true, I didn't know excess protein is converted to glucose. Defeats the purpose of Keto.

Yep :) Too much protein can actually mess with your ability to burn fat. If you eat more protein than the body needs, your body can turn its amino acids (the building blocks of protein) into glucose (blood sugar).

I think this dish looks fine, as long as it's not an everyday protein choice to have 2 prots. You'll be able to see/feel the difference in your body.

Didnt know that messed with your glucose levels either that's interesting. Yall can relax it's ok it was merely a picture I didnt eat both steaks lol. And I'm not trying to do any type of specific diet not keto or any label. I recently found out I was diabetic so had to change my eating habits immediately which had spiral out of control once I became a dad and working as a firefighter my schedule and just plain life got me out of my norm. I'm used to heavy weight training and the type of diet I needed for bulking muscle growth. Still on a learning curve having to keep my carbs under 40 a day and seeing what and how everything effects my sugar levels it's been tough but I'm doing the best I can for now.
