Right, time to BREAK this plateau!! I am off proper eating for few days: loading up on junk, sugar, but limiting calories. I ALWAYS try to eat properly: lots of veggies and good stuff, but if my body wants a war, it is going to get one. It won't give me weight loss, so I won't give it what it wants. Shock tactic it with junk and erratic eating. Let's see who wins. The scale is going to majorly move one way or the other.
