Tuesday morning, gotta get focused, get the mnd set for the fat fast, man, this is hard after 3 days in Austin eating out, then Memorial Day, I didn't forget the diet but I sure wasn't at 20 or less carbs!
I am in the office all week with lots of reports to catch up on, a federal job I am thinking of applying for, lord knows what kinda of crisis are waiting on my desk (been out of the office for 4-5 days), shouldn't have too much time to think about food and eating, though I will have to keep from turning to "comfort" food when the stress and demands get hot & heavy.
Gotta get focused, get prepared, pack lunch and snack choices, cream for my coffee, swimsuit/towel for the after work work out, whatta am I going to wear today, kiss the dogs, let the hubby out, NO NO NO, kiss the hubby, let the dogs out, Today sure feels like Monday...............
