Wow! I just found out I only gained 1 pound over the holiday weekend! I am very proud of myself! We took a trip out of town and before we even left I told myself to be "different" this time and try ordering things that are healthy as opposed to what would taste good! Instead of pizza, one night, I got a take out salad at an Applebees. And, for breakfasts I ordered things with eggs and fruit instead of pancakes and hash browns! I also took some pre-cooked kosher hotdogs (no bun), cheese sticks, nuts to munch on while in the vehicle. I am pleased to see that I was successful! =) We had a great time on our trip, too. Although, it is nice to be back home!
