It definitely feels like a Monday today, I know it's Tuesday, but I don't think the people calling me realize that. Oh well, I guess that's what I get for our office being closed yesterday.
I didn't workout this morning, but hoping we can get yoga in this evening, and I did workout on Sunday and Monday. My body is pretty sore from the workouts, I can tell it's been a long time since I've worked out like that.
I'm trying to get my eating in check too, but I caved and had some ice cream last night. At least now the ice cream is gone, and we don't have much junk in the house anymore, so I am going to try to do better. My goal for the week is to get at least 3 workouts in and not eat before bed.
