Just call me Ms. Lazy....I haven't worked out in a week almost...sad I know, but a lot has been going on. My mother (who has cancer) just came home from the hospital and taking care of her is a 24hr a day job. By the time I put her to bed at night I have no desire to go to the gym. I know that as she get stronger it will get easier, but right now it requires all my energy to assist her. I also have been eating a ton of peanut butter and apples...I can't get enough. I did weigh myself today and I was 194...so it looks like a 1 lb loss, but I always weigh myself 2 days in a row to make sure. I really hope I can get back on the exercise wagon and lay off the peanut butter a bit....I mean I always let myself have some everyday...just eating it 3x a day isn't gonna work. I want this weight off me so bad I wish it would just fall off while I sleep. I hope everyone else is doing okay...I'm thinking about ya'll. Love...Suz
