Goal; 100 lb. by the end of August, I know, it sounds easy but it's not, I am having hard time eating at calorie deficit, because now I have to eat 1200 calories to lose one pound, I am starving myself😢. I could move a little more but.🤷‍♀️ Oh well, I have got goals, half pound per week would be great, let's this party begin.🏋️‍♀️ 😊👌

Chris I ate better last night because of this competition Haha. I ate way too much on Tuesday, so I am not closing this week with a big deficit. I have to behave this weekend otherwise my effort will be demised.

It happens with me all the time, when I am exercising I gain weight most of the time, Since I moved here I am not longer obsessed with my scale, I am weighing once in a while, but I was actually expecting a weight gain today due to my exercise. I am focused on my calories deficit and regular exercise. The body fat will have to disappear

wow, to be able to eat 1200 calories. I am jealous. My RDI says 1500 to 1800 calories, it just won't happen. I gain going over 1000 a day reguardless of low cal, low carb, low fat etc. Keep up your hard work. only you and your body know when it's time to stop or make a change. Happy 4 U.

wow! Fantastic!! I also cant go over 1,000ish cals to maintain unless I work out. (which I do) Right now on vaca Im averaging about 800-900 cals a day. Workouts are more outdoors stuff like hiking etc.

My mouth problem, well, lately I want to be snacking all day long. 😐, Keyteen I really understand what you are talking about, what we really need is to gain more muscles, I had some periods when I was feeling to skinny at 100, but I still have belly fat at 100 lbs. Perhaps without the C-section or the stretch marks my belly would look better already, but I can't change that 🤷‍♀️.

Sweet Georgia, Diana, less than 1000 calories is really low, I don't know how you guys manage to eat that little for too long😐. I was maintaining my 100 lbs with successfully eating 1700 calories per day a couple of months bu the beginning of this year, but then I decided to do a little bulking haha, I hurt my wrist and I stopped exercising and since then I have been having a hard time with my calories, so lesson learned, I am not bulking anymore

After this over one pound loss, I can see a great difference in my back, it's amazing the differences that a few pounds gained can do in a small person.
