I realized this morning, after this weekend's nice surprise, I now only have 2 lbs until I meet my February goal. That's a nice feeling and to top it off I will be reaching that 40 lb mark - which means, I will need to take a new pic. I have realized what a huge motivation the pics have been through this journey - I do highly recommend taking pics of yourself. Believe me, at first, I was not thrilled to do it, but now I look forward to seeing what the change will be. I have my "before" and the first pic I took was after I dropped 20 lbs and since then, I've been taking a new one after every 10 lbs. It is amazing what you can see in yourself, plus you have to remember, if you don't want people to see them, don't show them! Sometimes you just need that "personal" motivation that you can keep as a secret as long as you want.
