I've finally squeaked into the 140s (149.4). I've been eating three meals and drinking plenty of water. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are loaded with low-calorie foods like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, plain salad greens, apple chunks, strawberries, blueberries, oranges and some kiwis. Each meal contains protein from salmon, sardines, chicken, beans, skim milk, plain Greek yogurt, tofu and seeds and nuts. I still love whole grains but I've cut back to two servings a day. In the evening I drink camomile tea to stop myself from snacking. We eat out at least once a week and that's when trim some calories from another meal.
My clothes are starting to look pretty sloppy so the hunt is on for a few new items. Donations to Salvation Army and Value Village are piling up.
