Definitely a wobbly start back (2/7) during my first week.. I stopped in September due to stresses at work and things were finally looking on the up and started to feel good about myself to focus more on my health to be told on 4/7 that I’m getting made redundant in September. After 2 days of wallowing I’m back on it yesterday stronger than ever and determined to not let things/life get in my way 💪🏻👊🏻😂

I wasn’t going to put anything up originally but after seeing comments of people putting other people down, questioning their food choices etc if maybe they did have an off day I thought NO! We’re all here for one reason:

To better ourselves!

So I just want to let everyone know that it is ok to have a fall now and again, it's ok to think what's it all worth? Don't let other people get you down! I bet we all do from time to time. And if ever you feel like that please feel free to talk to me if it helps, we all need to be supportive of each other 😊
