Hope everyone's day is going great! Mine has been good. Had all my meals planned and was going to have perogies and kale with onions pan seared in evoo for dinner but my mother in law called and invited us to dinner. My husband accepted but we always do, don't like hurting her feelings. Anyways she is the type to make your plate and make it big. She made meatloaf with cheese on top, green beans, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. She will not let anyone make their own plate so I told her no cornbread and I'm watching my portions. She didn't give me as much as she normally does and I ate only half, because I didn't know how many calories I was eating. Turns out only 360 so not that bad. But my mil is a clean your plate or save for later type of person so inside my fridge sits a smalls piece of meatloaf, green beans, and potatoes in a storage container lol.
