Tomorrow is the day I find out the results of the biopsy. Hopefully everything is fine with my uterus and cervix. If not I guess I'll just have to do what I need to and live on. Got my fitness ball and resistance bands in the mail today. Used the resistance bands and it was a great investment. Got my muscles burning and a sweat working up. Didn't tire me as much as hiking and walking does but it's better than nothing on days I can't go walking. I live next to a highway so it's to dangerous to walk outside my home. I have to go to parks and hiking trails to get it in, but I really enjoy nature. 7:00 pm here and still have not ate. I had insomnia last night (normal) and laid down for a nap at 8 this morning and sleep to long lol. I hate when I do this. It mainly happens when I'm dreading something, which is tomorrow.
