going to be home alone for 4 nights in someone else's house - surrounded by lots of chocolate, sweets and biscuits. I am so worried about bingeing on it and going well over my calorie intake. I feel anxious already. Any tips on how I can stop myself ???

Don't graze on it, make a little pile for yourself of stuff you'd like that you can have at the end of the 4 days (or each day) then you'll have a treat to look forward to. I had to do something similar recently

I don’t know if I should say what i Really do... may be a bad idea for you. Just be in control and not let the chocolates and all control you. We can push those things aside more than we think...

Try and keep busy and be out the house doing things you enjoy. Listening to podcasts, going out for a walk or spending time on a hobby could all be helpful. Appreciate how hard those situations can be, so just suggesting things that have helped me.

If you are in the right mind-set that stuff should not bother you. If you are tempted, go back to the drawing board and ask yourself, "Why did I take this journey in the first place"? google keto pound cake- if you like lemon or almond and orange cake. Made with almond meal/flour, splenda(sugar sub) etc. Very nice without the guilt.

If your craving sweet stuff sometimes it can be because your thirsty. Prep your own snacks such as frozen grapes or chopped up vegetables. Make sure you eat properly if your hungry it’s better to eat a whole sweet potato than a whole bar of chocolate or more. If you eat from boredom create a to do list for yourself to keep you busy or start a new skill such as painting 🙂

drink water every time you have cravings and wait for 10 min then drink another small glass of water and go for a walk

this might sound strange but I give food colours so things I am not meant to eat are grey foods that puts me right off eating them
