Went to my mom's house yesterday for a celebration, I knew there was going to be food and lots of it. So, I just ate the baked pasta, broccoli, and some beans. I decided to just do an OMAD yesterday and came in at under 1400 calories so I'm still in check. Stayed the night at my mom's so gotta fight all the temptations until I go home lol, it's not really as hard as it seems here lately, I'll take that as an NSV I guess lol.
