I didn’t track yesterday, I should have but didn’t. I went all day fasting until about 5pm when we went out to get dinner- family ate McDonald’s, I had drive thru Mexican- peppers, onions, carne asada, onions, tomatoes, sr cream, some beans and little bit of rice (I could have skipped the rice entirely)... but then I proceeded to eat a pie, 2 1/2 little donuts, some reduced fat Pringle’s, and 3 snack size choco covered pretzels ugh.

I definitely exceeded my calories BUT I was also way more active than normal so I’m hoping I still ate in a deficit.

Today is a new day though, I have my handy dandy scale to help me count my calories and we will be heading to the water park later to play!
