Do you chop your own cauliflower or buy it prechopped? I notice you eat it a lot so just wondering out of curiosity. I love it but it’s one of those things that I usually skip buying cause I don’t have the time to prep or the already chopped is way too expensive... I did buy some this week and it’s sitting in the fridge currently. I’m thinking tomorrow night will be the day to do something with it 

I buy it frozen, in its own steam bag. So much easier that way.

Thank you! I started going grey in my early 20s. I dyed it until I was about 32 or so. Then I let it go. I get lots of compliments and asked if I dye it to look grey. I don't, it's natural. Embrace it.
