Woohoo just took my measurements and it looks like I lost an inch in each place over the last month :) A lot of my older clothes are starting to fit...many more require me to lose another 10lbs, but hey I'll get there. I am doing that wgt loss challenge to lose 40lbs over the summer (12 weeks), well that ain't gonna happen...I mean I could've but I would've really had to deprive myself of a lot and I didn't want to. So I am on week 9 though and I've lost 17 lbs thus far which isn't bad. There are only 3 weeks left and I am seriously thinking about stepping it up a bit and seeing if I lose 6-8 lbs in the next 3 weeks. That means exercise at least 5 days a week and on off days be somewhat active...along with really watching what I eat. So that is my plan, lets see if I can get down to at least 187 (or 185) by August 14.
