Still hovering at 245 this morning. This seems to be working again as I start to watch my sodium intake. I'm also finding myself looking for filler foods with the least amount of calories. Some mornings are better than others when it comes to sweet cravings but this morning I'm okay.

I was worried about yesterday's Taco Bell but i asked for a calorie guide and found that the Gordito was less calories than the 5-layer burrito. For $2 you can't go wrong...and the bag of Doritos was okay too. Just balance it in with the numbers.
