This week, I am moving away from IF 21:3 to IF 16:8. Reason is because my weight loss stalled, and also I noticed I ate less and less. The plan is to eat more to lose more weight. This sounds weird, but it should work for me in this situation, and might be a bit harder now since I eat whole foods.
