So...I joined a gym tonight.
I’ve got 40 days till we jet off for my best friends wedding, and I am bridesmaid 😬. I’ve set myself a target off another stone off by then. I’ve lost 1 stone 6 lb since 13th June so hoping I can get this stone off in the next 6 weeks by eating well and exercising..
