In order to hit my 27SEPT goal, I need to maintain an average daily deficit of 1481 calories. I am getting to the nitty gritty to be fully aware of how to hit my target. created a bunch of dorky spreadsheets to keep an eye on my average calorie burn/min. So right now I need to kick up my Burn/min average (1.7/min right now). If I don't increase this, I my calorie allowance is 952 calories. I'm planning on consuming more than that.... Switching into gear!
