After watching weight fluctuate from 191-ish to 195 over course of week, "official" Monday morning weigh-ib w/-0.4 loss is a little disheartening. Especially after a fairly disciplined week during which I was considerably below RDI five of seven days... better than a net gain though. Staying positive and continuing to adjust overall diet toward healthier living going into this week...
