Also: I’m taking a break from tracking while here, and also got sloppy in the days leading up to the trip, but I’ve been eating more reasonably here than in the past & I’m looking forward to resuming my diet with gusto next week 😆

John...I just found a recipe to work off of and I am going to make it in a few weeks (after I use up my items in the fridge now)! Will definitely post. I need to introduce seafood back into my diet - and this would be such a great way to do it!

@John...I am so glad to hear you have picked up some better habits! Sounds like an NSV to me! Vacations are great - I am a foodie so trying new foods on vacay is a must. No doubt you will be back on track in no time!
