Trying to be more transparent I guess. I have fought for every loss. This is what I have been dealing with since dropping the 50 lbs. I adjusted my RDI. I’m eating right. I know my body is adjusting and getting used to the loss. Doesn’t bother me one bit. It’s kinda a plateau. Not my first 😊 won’t be my last.
