Thought I was going to have to get out M.O.M but didn't. Too much sodium yesterday from that lunch that we had out. So really watching it today. Have all my foods planned out and will hopefully get a walk in. I am still looking for either a replacement elliptical or a treadmill. I may have found a strider (not the same as an elliptical) but better than nothing.
Daughter has been going through her stuff and we have a lot of stuff to get done...planning her party, and a garage sale...next month.
Oh I wore a pair of my 12's yesterday that I have not worn in a long time...and a top that I have not worn in a LONG time! I know as I slim down more they will look even better and fit better but was a great feeling putting them on. I was shocked that the jeans came on so easily.
DH has lost a couple of pounds...not that he really needs to but of course the drastic reduction in his CRAZY carb intake is having the effect. I just hope and pray that it will have a lowering effect on his A1C.
