So, Wednesday was my birthday... I had brownies.. Yup.. I cheated BIG time. They put something in them to make you want to eat half the pan!! Luckily I didn't.. but OMG!! Seriously, I don't want to weigh myself tomorrow. From Tuesday to this morning, I was out of town visiting a friend of mine.. and the only vegetable they had was lettuce.. no whole grain anything.. So, I didn't really have much of a choice (due to limited funds) about what to eat.. I just ate what was offered to me.. I can't blame them though. I guess I could have bought a bell pepper or something.. Hell, if I know. We'll see tomorrow what the damage is. I can tell you I'm not at 282 anymore..haha.

Try the no pugde brownies. You can make one serving at a time in the micro. NO fat and only 120 calories. All you need is the mix and vanilla fat free yogurt. They make a good occasional treat and they are yummy.
