Ok, so today I wore my "See the ABLE not the Label" Autism shirt with Jeans. I decided to compare with a picture the beginning of April as it is Autism Awareness Month. I LOVE my girlies at work. So the top left is April. Take note of the scrub pants and keep in mind I have a zip hoodie on. Picture right next to it is this morning and me in real jeans, sitting down and comfortably crossing my legs (that was an NSV a few weeks back-comfy crossing legs). I decided for good measure to put the exact same scrub pants on for good measure. This is not really drastic like the Superman shirt, but it kind of is to mee :) My co-worker/fam/sistas have been saying I am shrinking out of my scrubs:) Side note....the scrub pants I have on in April and today, did not go over my thighs, NOT MY HIPS..MY THIGHS!!! :( in November. Freaking so serious, I was going to give them and an identical purple pair to my work bestie on the left of me. Being able to wear them was a huge NSV. Having to soon donate them is unreal :);) Excuse the top pics where I put the same scrubs on. I had Roman take mommys picture lol. The bathroom shots show a difference as well. Last bathroom shot is my real zipped and button jeans again. So am I where I want to be? No but damn it I am proud of where I am now from November, where I am now from April, because I am worth it, my family deserves a happy, and healthy and more confident mommy, wife, daughter, and aunt. Lets do this thing.
