An increase for the first time since July. Though only 0.5 lb, it is still difficult to key the reality into my entry. I had a very poor week following my diet and entering my caloric intake, and will be more disinclined this week in doing so. I continue to adjust to my new class schedule (and therefore eating schedule) but in another week or so that will simply be another bad excuse. Looking forward to a better week coming up.
