*On Tuesday, Janaury 29, my scale showed 189.2. I was so joyful, all day. But Wednesday is my weigh in day. So on Wednesday morning, I weighed 191. Of course I know weight fluctuates but I was disappointed with two pounds, so I didn't record that day's weight. I'll save it for next Wednesday when I'm certain I'll be under 190. * I'm considering the free Boot Camp at Snap Fitness through March. * I read about the FAST diet wherein you fast (500 calories) 2x per week, I'm contemplating it, but I figure for now, why screw around with what I'm doing when it's WORKING!
