That's very interesting diet. Good luck to you. Or many prayers :-) I need prayer too. I have so many health issues and today went to the doctor. I have a big infection in my leg. I get wounds that do not heal. Help me Jesus

We make bone broth and have some cooking in our Crock-Pot right now. We use it in everything. Still delicious and nutritious.

Ttwil, yes I was diagnosed diabetic. Most of the time my blood sugar is okay and low in the teens, but I take prednisone and it always shows a lot of sugar in my blood. Recently with my weight spiking I think it flipped me over to diabetes. I had 8 wounds, four on each leg that I've been trying to heal for 2 years. High doses of steroids with my legs elevated for better circulation. I have packed on the pounds. Thanks for your prayers and your encouragement
