Ok so I am going back up in weight which is not the direction I want to be going. While I understand I just had knee surgery which has drastically changed my activity level, I don't want to look and feel like this anymore.Thankfully I have a super supportive boyfriend who is also working on his weight so I don't have to go about this alone.
Wish me luck as I begin this long journey.
