Recieved my dance exercise video today--so excited as it seems really good and fun. Tried the 1st workout made it through abt 10 min it's about 30 min. The timeline says to do that workout the 1st day and add another on the 2nd day. I think for me my goal is to make it through the 1st work out by next Sat. Also found a pristine Marcella Hazan's Essentials of Italian Cooking at a thrift shop yesterday for $4.00. Have wanted that cookbook for years and couldn't justify the $35.00 price.. Have made it through some of the almost 700 pages. Many of the regional dishes fit in my calorie counts and my plan of lots of natural foods and 1200 calories per day.

Planning menus for the next week to fit my diet plan and my budget.
